Questions we get
How far in advance should we book?+

Peak season runs May through October plus December, and the most booked acts go six to twelve months out for a Saturday. Off-peak or on a weekday a few weeks can work. Send the date today and you will have checked options within the hour.

Can we see an act live before booking?+

Private events are not open to the public, so every act we propose comes with multi-camera live footage of real shows, and we can arrange a call with the bandleader before you decide.

What if the band cancels?+

Every act on our roster has a rehearsed sub bench and backup gear. If an act ever cancels for a reason other than force majeure, we supply a same-tier replacement at no extra cost or refund every dollar. It is in our booking terms.

How does payment work?+

Fifty percent deposit on signature and the balance thirty days before the event. Your payment is held in escrow and released to the artist only after the performance.

Are you a licensed talent agency?+

The licence application is in progress with the California Labor Commissioner. Until it is granted, we send curated options and our booking terms, and the founder handles each booking personally under a written agreement.

Do you handle ceremony music and cocktail hour too?+

Yes. Strings, acoustic duos and jazz trios for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then a band or DJ for the reception. Most couples book all three through us so one team advances the whole day.
